We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Spa appointment to allow check-in and complete any paperwork. As a courtesy to our stylists, therapists, and spa guests, we ask that you be prompt in order to receive your full service. We realize that this may not always be possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are running late, we will make our best effort to notify you prior to your service.
Should you need to reschedule or postpone your appointment, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours to cancel an appointment and 48 hours to cancel multiple appointments. You may be asked to secure your appointment with a credit card, which may be charged the full service amount when a cancellation occurs within 24-hours of appointment, barring proof of medical emergency.
Gift certificates do not include tips unless otherwise stated. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests.
Please note that there is a $25 fee added to all bank-returned checks.
For their safety, your comfort, and for those who come to our salon and spa to relax and get away, we ask that children not be brought into the salon or spa unless they have a scheduled appointment.
For sanitation reasons, the comfort of our guests, and the safety of the animal, pets/animals are NOT permitted inside the premises; unless the pet is a licenced service animal.
Please be mindful that many of our clients are here to relax and we ask that all cell phone conversations be held outside the Salon and Spa. While receiving salon or spa services, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off or set to vibrate.
For Your Comfort:
We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medication that you are taking as some services may not be recommended. We request that you do not shave prior to any facial or body service. Do not schedule waxing and body services on the same day when possible. All face, body, and massage services include 5-10 minutes of consultation and room preparation. First-time guests are asked to complete a confidential questionnaire regarding skin care habits, health and lifestyle.
Retin A Users:
Please inform your Skin Care Therapist that you are currently using Retin-A or any prescription skin care creams.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Ascension Salon & Spa.
If you need to return a haircare item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 60 days for a store credit. We will not accept returns/exchanges on items purchased over 60 days.
Due to health and sanitation regulations, we regret that we can not accept opened and/or used returns for the following items: makeup, makeup brushes and applicators, skin care products, hair brushes and combs, other hair accessories, nail care and pedicure care products
Sales on all clearance/liquidation sale items are final, and can not be returned for any reason.
Should you not be satisfied with a service, please notify us within 3 business days so that we may correct the situation by having you return to the salon so a service provider can redo your service. Otherwise, we can give you salon credit for a future service. ~No refunds are given for services rendered~
